The leader of her own pack.

I started my career working in the hospitality sector of the ski resort industry, employed as a Sales and Events Coordinator for a small hotel franchise three and a half hours west of Denver, Colorado. After only 6 months in the role, I made a pivot and accepted a position with a small property management company based in my home city, Toronto, where I led the organization through a digital brand strategy and promotion reboot for both their multi- residential rental and retirement living businesses. During this transition and through the duration of the COVID-19 Pandemic, I also gained involvement in the not-for-profit sector, where I held a committee position on the Young Professionals Board of Save A Child’s Heart Canada, I was a program mentor as well as a 248 Community Action Network Cohort member for UJA Genesis, and lastly, I assisted Autism Speaks Canada with showcasing the use of Samsung Tablets among young autistic children and adults as part of the 2020 Samsung Fall Tablet Program.

These diverse experiences provided me the skillset as well as the motivation to stay curious and combine my passions and talents through the Smith School of Business Full-Time MBA Program. As a candidate in the class of 2024, specializing in Marketing and Sales, in addition to receiving a certificate in Social Impact, I aspire to seek employment within small to medium sized marketing and advertising agencies where I can communicate the stories of the clients’, especially within the context of social impact and interacting with their local communities.

If I have learned anything from my professional journey thus far, it is that intentional collaboration, speaking from the soul, learning from failures, staying humble, and trusting yourself are essential to long-term success.
